Hi

We have an i40 Scanner, and use it's multi-sheet capabilities.

However, we've noticed lately that it's started to jam/mis-feed.

This can randomly be after several sheets, or just one sheet.

On other scanners such as Fujitsu, we'd often get a warning that pads etc need replacing.

Is this a similar issue or do we need a Service Engineer to look at it?

Thanks
Neil

Hi Neil,

How long have you had the scanner?

I just installed a new server/client all in one setup for AC7.0 with a Bowe Bell & Howell Truper 3200 scanner.

When testing the SCAN module and running douments thru the ADF, at the end I am getting an error message stating "An error occurred while scanning or importing - Scanner Paper Jam"

But it only has an option to click OK which we do, and it then shows all the documents have scanned in fine and looks like there is no problem and should have been no problem whatsoever. There is a scan roller sound at the end but there was no paper jam.

We have multiple Truper scanners - exact models so I swapped out that scanner with another that has never had that issue. But now that one gives the same error message.

Has anyone seen this error message or any way to turn it off when its not really a paper jam? Thanks
