We've been running the new Kodak photo scanning software today. It's a great improvement on the earlier version. Worth using now if you have this photo scanning system.

Hi
Has anyone encountered this error message shown below and any ideas how to resolve:
20235 : Kodak i280 driver returned an error -4809: software error - HIP 0x04 insufficient memory
We are running
VRS Version: 4.10.039
Scanner: Kodak i280
